Course Overview
This two-day training course will provide participants with a strong understanding of planning and scheduling principles, methods and techniques using the specialised planning software package Oracle Primavera P6.
The course will examine Project Management definitions and characteristics, development of baseline performance management plans, project status updates and earned value techniques.
Throughout the two-day period participants will gain an understanding of how Primavera P6 has been designed to address the requirements of planning and scheduling.
This course is designed to be a useful precursor to completing a more in-depth scheduling course such as Project Planning and Control using Primavera P6.
