Training and Capability

To improve project outcomes for clients in the long term, LogiKal developed integrated training programs using a project management methodology that recognises industry needs for support.

Our Training & Capability division is developed by industry experts to offer accredited Project Management training and assessment services as well as complementary certifications, coaching and facilitation programs. These are aimed at improving individual competency and, more importantly, aligning project delivery team members with a common understanding of a project’s framework, procedures, and systems.
