Unlike other training courses, the format works through the very practical “Planning and Control Using Oracle® Primavera P6” written by Paul Harris, Eastwood Harris Pty Ltd. and allows the book to be read as a reference guide back in the workplace.
The Principles of Planning course has been designed to precede a project scheduling software course such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject or other scheduling tools. This course is suitable for individuals with little or no planning or scheduling experience who are looking to begin or further their career in the project management sector.
