What Is RPL?
Recognition of prior learning is an assessment process that involves the evaluation of a person’s skills, knowledge and experience gained through working and learning. RPL allows for the identified competencies to be converted to a Nationally Recognised Qualification.
Pre-Requisites
The preferred pathway for candidates considering this qualification include:
5 + years vocational experience in project roles where they manage projects in a variety of contexts. They have project leadership and management roles and are responsible for achieving project objectives.
Who Is This Pathway Suitable For?
The RPL pathway for BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management is ideal for Project Management professionals who have a broad range of skills required to plan, lead and execute the end-to-end delivery of projects. Attainment of the Qualification will recognise competencies demonstrating the participant has a working knowledge of effective project management methodology, as well as being equipped with the tools and techniques to effectively manage the delivery of projects
Portfolio Completion: up to 6 months to gather evidence of competency for the portfolio.
Assessment Interview: up to a half day interview with the assessor
