Course Overview

This two day workshop is an in-depth course which will enable participants to build on their current Primavera P6 skills and strengthen their knowledge through the application of both new and advanced tools.

Our P6 Advanced course offers specialised training and expert advice in applying tools such as earned value analysis, updating baselines and percent complete.

The course will allow participants to address situations within current projects and gain further knowledge enabling them to implement advanced P6 features in their current or future projects.
