Course Overview
The Planning and Control Using Microsoft Project 2021 workshop is aimed at showing project management professionals how to use the software in a project environment. The course is suitable for users who are new to Microsoft Project as well as users of earlier versions who need to upgrade their skills.
This course aims to teach participants how to plan and control projects with and without resources up to an intermediate level.
Classes are facilitated by experienced Project Professionals who encourage open discussions to enable the participants to gain real insight into how to apply knowledge and skills to their own work place.
