The course is designed to give participants the knowledge, skills and tools to become more effective Project Managers. Completion of this course will equip the participant with a working knowledge of effective project management methodology, as well as arming them with the tools and techniques to effectively manage and deliver projects. PRE-REQUISITES Ability read and write English.
