LogiKal implemented project management tools, providing visibility on performance through systems implementation and integration which provided Western Power with a real-time view of budgets, cash flow, resources, and performance against schedule. LogiKal designed and developed customised capability solutions aligned to job function and end user needs. Positive stakeholder engagement, customised training workshops and extensive on-site support, led to a significant increase in employee adoption of new systems, processes and tools. By improving processes and implementing management information systems, LogiKal enabled new sustainable ways of working that improved individual and team productivity.
