Overview

The Diploma of Project Management is a practical, hands on training course delivered in an interactive classroom environment. The course is designed to give participants the knowledge, skills and tools to become more effective Project Managers.

The BSB51415 Diploma of Project Management is a competency-based award at Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) Level 5. The course comprises of the twelve units of competency which are developed in the line with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK®), the methodology adopted by both the Project Management Institute and the Australian Institute of Project Management.

Classes are facilitated by experienced Project Managers who encourage open discussions to enable the participants to gain real insight into how to apply the theory to their own work place.

Outcomes

• A Vocational Diploma of Project Management, Australian National Qualification
• 30 CPDs issued to members of the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM)
• 35 PDUs to members of the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and meets
prerequisite hours to sit the PMP® Exam
